Mrs. Becky Aurich Pre-School/Kindergarten
	Becky teaches the preschool for 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds on Tuesday and Thursdays and teaches the Kindergarten class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She and her family live near Mayer; husband Dean is a teacher at Mayer Lutheran High School. aurich7@hotmail.com
Mrs. Tracy Shipler 1st/2nd Grade
	Tracy teaches 1st and 2nd grades, directs K-4 choir, and plays keyboard for contemporary worship services at Zion. She grew up in rural Winona, Minnesota and attended Concordia University, St. Paul where she received her elementary teaching degree with a music minor. She and her husband Kirk live in Lester Prairie with their children Katelyn, Caleb, Samuel, and Ellie. kshipler@embarqmail.com
Mrs. Nancy Schwanke 3rd/4th Grade
	Nancy teaches 3rd and 4th grade at Zion. She and her husband live in Mayer and have three grown children. She really enjoys the students at Zion and seeing their progress from the beginning of the year to the end. schwanke5@yahoo.com
Mrs. Shannon Aurich 5th/6th Grade
	Mrs. Shannon Aurich has taught 5th & 6th Grade at Zion Lutheran School since 2005. She graduated from Concordia University St. Paul in 2003. Her degree is in Elementary Education with a Middle School Language Arts emphasis and a minor in Lutheran Confession. shannon_aurich@frontiernet.net
Mr. Kirk Shipler 7th/8th Grade
	Mr. Kirk Shipler has taught 7th and 8th grade at Zion since 2001. Kirk also directs the 5th-8th grade choir, adult choir, and vocal men's group at Zion. He grew up in Burt, IA and attended Concordia University, St. Paul, where he received his K-12 vocal and classroom music teaching degree in 1996. Mrs. Mary McManus Title
	Mary works with the Unique Learners Program, teaches a variety of classes in the different classrooms, and works with the library. Before coming to Zion, she taught at St. Mark in New Germany where she is a member. She has 6 children and lives on a farm outside of New Germany.
Mrs. Marlene Jopp
	Marlene has been serving as Zion's Secretary/Office Manager since November of 1985. She is active in Zion's Prayer Chain and Daily Bread Ministries and enjoys reading, cooking and gardening. Marlene and her husband, Bob, live just outside of Mayer. They have two grown children, Alan and Aaron. mejopp52@gmail.com
Mrs. Kris Thomas
	Kris is the School Administrator for Zion Lutheran School and has worked for Zion for the past 4 years in the school office. Kris grew up in a small, rural community in Southeastern Minnesota. She went to University of WI - Stout where she received her degree in Vocational Rehabilitation. She now resides in Lester Prairie with her husband Todd, and two children, Riley and Megan. kthomas.zion@gmail.com
Mrs. Joanne Hartwig
	Joanne is our full-time cook for Zion Lutheran School. She has been working in that position since 1986, except for two years. She enjoys her position because she truly enjoys being around children. She and her husband Lyle reside in Mayer.
